Don't Dream It's Over?

Gene Cernan, last man to walk on Moon, dies aged 82 on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 16th, 2017)?!

My last post was about a private cruise-ship named 'The World' that lost an anchor while docked in Port Arthur, Tasmania last Thursday (January 12th).
Anchors are known as symbols of hope.

"Martin Luther King Jr. Day (officially Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.) is an American federal holiday marking the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr.
It is observed on the third Monday of January each year, which is around King's birthday, January 15
The holiday is similar to holidays set under the Uniform Monday Holiday Act."

Ironically, the last man to "walk on the moon" passed away under the sign of Capricorn ‎(December 22 - January 19).
And in the 'Year of the Monkey', too.

Bowie passed away in the 'Year of the Sheep/Goat' (Goat/Capricorn?)
Just sayin';-)
Yeah, I've always been curious as to just how deadly those Van Allen Radiation belts are to humans and why the Russians never went to the moon.
And why Armstrong would never swear on The Bible that he walked on the moon.
I know that I would if I had have really walked on the moon.
Hmm.
But I guess orbiting the earth in a rocket still makes you a spaceman, whether you went to the moon, or not.
But thank the stars for things like Curiosity, or we may never have got to the moon, right?-)
Not for another four years at least, anyhow;-)
You may say I'm a dreamer, but ...
